  • We are one of the “Human Resource & Management Consultants” a leading organization, providing” Maids Services” for past many years across the country.
  • Our charges for the placement of the maid is 15,000. plus GST 18% will be extra.
  • The client have to check the bag, purse or any other thing that the maid is carrying before the maid enter the home and before the maid leaves the home .This is for safety of the client.
  • We are not responsible for any wrong behaviour characteristic between Candidates / Servent & Client .
  • If the invoices are settled and due to any reason the candidate resigns then a free replacement is 5 Days but it may be depending or the availability.
  • The document will be given to you after the full and final payment is done and will sent by courier .
  • Check candidate background document & reference based on candidate communication and details provided, but we are not giving any clarification .if any medical unfit found or candidate missed behaviour found then our company is not responsible for any misdeed .if any advance payment asked by candidate for then our respect client has responsibility to inform concerned person of our company of monetary . if with any reason we are unable to fulfil your services than 50% amount will be refunded within 50 days by courier.
  • The payment has to be made in favour of Made Service India.
  • Replacement period – If the maid chooses to leave or you let the maid go, we will replace the maid for FREE. No questions asked!
  • Replacement period of the maid will be 11 months from the date of joining of the first maid with a maximum of 4 replacements but if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be made.
  • During the 11 months of replacement time, if you wish to cancel the contract for any reason, the service charge/recruitment fees paid to us will not be refunded.
  • The amount paid to us at the time of joining is the recruitment charges of finding a maid for you. The salary of the maid starts from the day he or she (MAID) starts working and needs to be paid on a monthly basis directly to the maid.
  • We strongly suggest that the client does’ POLICE VERIFICATION of the maid. This ensures that the maid is free of any criminal charges in the past. At any given point of time if there is any crime done by the candidate (Civil or criminal), MAID SERVICE INDIA would not be responsible for the same.
  • Prior to the placement of the maid, the client has to give us the ‘job description’ of the type of work the maid needs to do and the salary offered. The client cannot make the maid do anything outside the job description nor reduce the salary of the maid. If the maid leaves because the client asked her to do anything outside the job description or due to reduction of salary then MAID SERVICE INDIA will not replace the maid and neither refund the placement charges paid by the client.
  • Introductions are strictly confidential. If MAID SERVICE INDIA  introduces a candidate that the client then introduces to a third part, who hires the candidate on either full time or part time, the client agrees to pay MAID SERVICE INDIA the placement charges.
  • Since the salary expectation of maid keep changing it might not be possible to find a maid in the same salary as your previous maid in case of replacement. No refund claims will be entertained if you cannot revise your salary budget according to on-going market rate. However we will try it level best to try and find a new maid in same salary.
  • If any candidate has been kept for in house work. like maid cook Aya attendant servant driver office staff etc.. than employers has the right to check ther bags and purse and other belongings if such a person is living the jobs.for any complaint.theft. loss robbery after leaving, the
    Service provider shall, not be responsible,
    Service provider shall assist co.operate with the employer.
  • Registration is 2k for life time, non refundable all travelling allowance have to pay employer.
